Staying Hydrated in the Summer

It is extra important to stay hydrated in the Summer. We are more active, and we sweat more. It is hotter and we need to replenish the fluids we lose. Swimming does not hydrate you; it keeps you cool. You still need to drink plenty of fluids even if you are in water all day.
